Do I have to pay sales tax?

Only if you reside in Illinois.  The state tax is currently 10.25% and will be applied in the checkout process.

Do I have to use a credit card to pay?

No. You may pay with a check, or money order as well.  Just choose "Print and Mail/Fax" and follow the instructions when you check out.

Can I view the status of my order?

Yes.  Log in, click on your account, and under "Order History" you will see the status of your order.

When will I receive my order?

In general, most statues are made to order and are not inventoried.  Please allow 60 business days for your order to be made, and additional time for shipping.  You can click on the "Shipping" page for a simple explanation of the order process.

I can't be home to sign for my package, but I don't mind the shippers leaving it at my door.  What can I do?

At checkout simply indicate in the "Special Instructions" box that you'd like your order sent "No Signature Required" and we will request that the shippers leave your package without requiring a signature.

Do all your fountains come with water pumps?

Yes.  Pumps are included with all fountains.

Are all your wall items ready to hang?

Yes.  All are outfitted with some kind of simple method for easy hanging, be it a wire, sawtooth, bar, or some part of the piece itself.

Are sizes measured in inches or feet?

Unless otherwise noted, all dimensions are shown in inches.

Do your pots and urns come with drainage holes?

Generally no, but we'll be happy to drill holes in most items for you at no extra cost.  Just request it when you place your order.

Can you install rebar into the base of my large statue so I can mount it to a base of my choosing?

Yes.  We can install threaded rebar rods into the base of your item for $20 a piece.  If your item is particlarly large we can also install large poles in the base for $25 each.  Please contact us if you have questions.

1. In general, statues are made to order and not inventoried. Please allow about 30 business days for your order to be completed, and additional time for shipping.

2. Merchandise is shipped U.P.S./R.P.S. or common carrier. All prices are FOB Chicago Illinois. All orders are subject to acceptance at our offices. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and omissions.

3. All prices are subject to change without notification.

4. Orders will be accepted using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. Money orders, certified checks and personal checks are also accepted. However, for pre-paid orders using personal checks, the order will be held 10 days for check clearance.

 FIBERGLASS - By mastering the art of casting our products in fiberglass resin we manage to retain all the detail or the original with the added benefits of less weight (reduced shipping costs), greater strength, and a product suitable for indoor and outdoor use. These item numbers look like "F3456" or "HF3456".

FIBER STONE - Fiber Stone is a mixture of sand and stones cast into the surface using terrazzo-like techniques. The surface is then sandblasted and chemically treated, followed by an acid stain to give the appearance of aged stone. Since it is reinforced with a fiberglass backing, it remains light-weight and less fragile than concrete. A product is Fiber Stone if it has any of these finishes: White Moss, Verde, Pompeii, Deep Sea, Weather, Cathedral White, Earthtone, Sandstone, Autumn Rose, and Soot.

BONDED CARRARA MARBLE - An addition to our collection is imported statuary from Italy. These beautiful statues are made out of Bonded Carrara Marble. You'll love them. There is no material key for these products. These item numbers look like "220906".

Information on Returns

 We will replace items that arrive damaged, including shipping, provided we are notified within 5 business day of receipt. Please fill out our contact form and choose "Returns/Exchanges" from the subject drop-down menu. Due to the fact that we make and paint most products to order, we cannot accept returns for any other reasons. If you still want to return your item you will be responsible for shipping the item back and subject to a restocking fee at 25% the cost of the original item.
