Only if you reside in Illinois. The state tax is 9.00% and will be applied in the checkout process.
Can I make changes to my account information?

Yes. You may change any of your personal information including your billing address and credit card data. Simply click on “my account” and follow the directions from their.
Can I ship to more than one location?

No. If you wish to ship to more than one location, you must place a different order for each destination.
Can I view the status of my order?

Yes. Go to “my account” and click on the tracking link. Please note that there is a delay between placing the order and being able to view it's status.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

Yes. However, you must contact customer service before the product is shipped. Please fill out our contact form and choose "Cancel Order" from the subject drop-down menu.
Do I need to fill out my personal information every time I order?

No. After registering once, your information will be securely stored for easy retrieval the next time you order from us. You will be given a chance to login when going through the checkout procedure.
Do I have to use a credit card to pay?

No. You may pay with a check, money order, or certified check. Further information can be found in the payment options page.
What if I forgot my password?

Don’t worry. Simply click on the “forgot password” link when trying to log in. It will ask you for the email address you entered when you registered the first time.
Can I have multiple billing addresses?

No. You will have to edit your billing address in “my account.” You may change your billing address as many times as you need.

Why don't the products show up in my basket?

When will I receive my order?

In general, most statues are made to order and are not inventoried. Please allow about 12 business days for your order to be completed, and additional time for shipping.
What is your phone number?

Due to the large volume of inquiries about our products, we prefer all correspondence to be handled via electronic means. Therefore, we do not offer our phone number for public use. Please contact us via our form and we will get back to you promptly. If we cannot handle your issue by email then we'll gladly call you. Thank you.
What is an upcharge?

Some products are available in a finish that takes more time to apply. As a result, we charge more than normal, expressed as a percentage. For example, if a product is $100 and the upcharge is 25%, you would pay $125.

Some items are only available as shown. For everything else, we have a large selection of finishes. Click here to view available finishes.
Do the fountains come with pumps?

Yes. Pumps are included with all fountains. Click here for installation help .
Can fiberglass statues be put outside?

Yes. However, there are a few finishes that we do not recommend for outdoor use. Consult the finish chart for details.
How do you clean the marble figurines?
top
Dip a cotton swab in acetone and gently clean the surface (common nail polish remover works well). Keep in mind, however, that they will naturally fade to an off-white over time. This process is unavoidable and cleaning will not remedy this.
Are sizes in feet or inches?

Unless otherwise noted, all dimensions are in inches.
Are all wall items ready to hang?

Yes. All are outfitted with some kind of simple method for easy hanging be it a wire, sawtooth, bar, or some part of the piece itself.
